The first seven children were born at NORDGARDEN in Seljord . Olav was born at SUNDBØ in Bø. The last three children were born at FJÅGESUND in Kviteseid. STEINAR took possession of FJÅGESUND from his mother in 1675. He and EGELEIV continued to own the farm until 1691, when ownership passed to thei children, Gunnar and INGEBJØRG. |

Steinar Fjaagesund overtok Homleid etter Aslak Fosheim og Tor Steinarson Fjaagesunds enke Birgit Rolvsdatter i 1675. Han og kona hadde Homleid til 1691, da arvingene Gunnar Fjaagesund (gift med Kari Tykesdotter Tveit) og Gunnar F's søster Ingebjørg Steinsdotter (gift med Jørgen Øya, Vrådal) overtok gården.
