JONAS PICKLES was in Scituate, Plymouth, MA, in 1650, his land north of George Moore's swamp. His house was on the west side of the highway a half mile south of the present (1797) townhouse. JONAS died after Dec. 15, 1664, when his will was dated, and Sep. 27, 1665, when his mother-in-law, Lydia (Hatch) Spring was administering his estate.
