Olav Olavson Viken 3a (1628-Sk.1666) obtained the farm in 1654. He had been a servant for half pay at Døli in 1650. Together with Kjetil Kolkjøn he owned 2 mK at Mjaugedal in Lårdal, 4 mK at Groven, 1 tnK at Lofthus and 2 tnK at Viken. Later there was also 1 tnK at Kleivi.
In 1665 Olav obtained Torstveit from Tarjei Tjøstovson S.Vistad in return for the abandoned Tveiten farm at Eidsborg. The year after he and Gunnar Seltveit [first cousin of Olav] were served a letter that [stated] their parents [the two fathers of Olav and Gunnar] had received 22 rd and 1 tunne tar from their [the two fathers'] brother Tjøstov Kjetilson for half of Torstveit. Olav did not live long after that, for his probate was held after he died the same year. His wife was Anne Talleivsdtr Jordet 6a and she owned Viken and the abandoned Torstveit farm, but had indebtedness of over 209 rd. Only two years later probate was held after the widow Anne Talleivsdtr died. It was the same land, but indebtedness was only 30 rd. Torjus Jordet had received Torstveit and the Hovden pasture for 98 rd which he should have.
