ROBERT PAGE of Acle, Norfolk, England, husbandman, born before 1550, died between Apr. 20 and May 15, 1587. He married MARTHA, who was living Apr. 20, 1587, at the date of her husband's will, as were her children.

The will of Robert, dated in 1587, provides most of the facts for this biography. The will menti0ons the name of each child, as well as the name of MARTHA. Edmund, the eldest son, received the house at Acle, while ROBERT, the second son, was to receive 20s. per year for ten years, a total of L20. Each daughter was to receive 20s. per year until L5 was paid. MARTHA was to receive use of another property of ROBERT.
