JOHN married second on Dec. 10, 1559 at Nayland to the widow Christian Hinson, by whom he had no children. He married third on Sep. 5, 1563 at Nayland to Agnes Howlet. His final marriage was on Jan. 30, 1568/69 at Great Horkesley to Margaret (Firmett) Cole.
His will was made Apr. 21, 1576, and proved Jun. 5, 1576, naming brothers James and William as
executors. The will names all of his children and, also, Agnes and John Cole, step-children by his last
wife, Margaret.
