He resided in 1642 in York County, Maine. He was readmitted to the church on Aug. 10, 1643, in Barnstable. He witnessed (with Agnes) Henry Simpson's deed in July, 1645 in York County, Maine. and witnessed Henry Simpson's will on Mar. 18, 1647 in York County, Maine. He resided in 1662 in Oyster River, Dover, New Hampshire. He was a preacher before 1665 in Isle of Shoals, Oyster River, York, Maine. He died on Nov. 19, 1665 in Old Parish, Accomenticus, York, Maine. He professed his religion as Episcopalian. He was buried in York.

For many years it was thought that the first wife of JOSEPH HULL was Joanna Coffin. That theory was debunked years ago.
