JOHN EWELL
(1734-1846)




Located on Kingsley Road, south of West Middlebury, Wyoming, NY, at the intersection with Webster Road. This monument, erected in 1917, commemorates JOHN EWELL, his son James, and four grandsons, who were pioneers of Wyoming County, NY, in 1803-04.

to Wyoming with the remainder
of his family in 1816. Died in 1827

in 1825. Died in 1826.

Soldiers of the Revolution, 1776
